Nature,The Birds & The Bees not only do i enjoy Art and Picture’s i also spend my time showing off Nature and Arts and Crafts,occasionally i write Articles.
Who likes to feed the Birds or watch Bees flying around from flower to Flower collecting Necta or taking a walk in the countryside and exploring everything to do with Nature.
You can see so much if you take time out and stroll around or take a brisk walk to get the heart pumping.
Blue Tits and Great Tits are some of our popular garden birds,winter time at the moment is when they need you,i took this picture (above)as part of a timelapse video,so i had quite a few picture’s to choose from.

Colour and light are powerful and can have a powerful affect on our bodies,especially in times of ill health and stress.
Mental ill health can affect you in negative ways.

5 S.A.D.(Seasonal Affective Disorder.)
These are some conditions of illness that can affect the mind and body.
At times when you expereince these symptom’s you need a change of direction and that’s where Colour and Light come in.
With out Colour or Light it can have an affect on parts of the mind,for instance in the Winter Month’s from Autumn onwards,Sunshine is hardly around.
With out Sunshine your mind is not being Stimulated,this has an affect on our Hormone’s which causes an imbalance.
SAD also known as (Seasonal Affectve Disorder ) is very simular to Depression,it affects our mood and we feel low,such as motivation,energy and sometime‘s confused.
These are normal signs of SAD and Depression.
In the winter months to help alleviate some symptoms you could take a Vitamin Supplement as part of your daily routine with a healthy balanced diet of dark green vegetables such as cabbage,these are rich in magnesium,iron and more.
Vitamin D could be of benefit to you in the winter months,as your body is exposed to less sunlight.

Colour is everywhere and affects our emotions and wellbeing.
We need colour everyday,we lead busy lives and everything passes us by so quickly,we need to slow down and take a step back and breath.
Grab some Colour and Splash it around your home.
Here are some ideas on introducing Colour in the home.
1 Nature,i am a big fan on Nature,all the Colours are natural and are so inviting,print some photo’s of Birds and Bee’s or some vibrant Flowers that add a burst of Colour.
2 Grab some paper and add blocks of Colour,cut them to size and laminate them and hang them.

3 Furniture or Wooden features you have around the home,add some zesty or vibrant colour of stripes or curves or even use a stencil to add splashes of colour.
4 If you have photo’s that need printing off why don’t you try printing them off for free,their are many websites that do free printing,so order free printing by searching google,you may only get a small quantity but it’s free.
5 Cars and Transport,the next time you decide to buy a new car or a used car,think about the colour or even your bicycle,a change can make a difference,the car or bike reflects your personality and says alot about you.
6 Soft furnishing if you are thinking about changing your furniture and don’t want to spend to much,try making or buying some colourful throw-overs with zing and vibrant colours with some scatter cushions,it makes a differnce and adds impact to your room or even your bedroom.
7 The Garden in winter can be gloomy,but it doesn’t have to be,you can make a small difference to furniture,garden gates or even pathways with a little bit of colour,your outside space is also part of the home and can be alot more cheerful and colourful to spread a little happiness and for anyone who visits.
